REGISTRATION and EVENT FEES
=========================== **Please note that registration fee for Y8 ($40) is refundable if you are fencing Y10 event. We will hand you a check the day of the event** Regular fees until Monday April 10, 2023, 11:59 PM PDT - - Registration $40, and Event fee is $55/event Late fees (Triple) from April 11 until Thursday April 27 11:59 PM PDT - Registration $120 and Event fee is $165/event
Starting April 28, 2023, No Online registration is permitted
Walk-In is permitted with Triple Fees if there is a space in the event, and approved by the Bout Committee
REFUND
======= ***Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE***
Refund requests must be received by Friday April 14, 2023 11:59 PM PDT.
Refund of events fees can be requested by sending an email to aaeventmanagement@hotmail.com
Starting April 15, 2023, NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION for any reason
Refunds are processed a few days after the refund request and will be paid by check that can be mailed out to your address or hand it to you at the day of the tournament if you will be there.
NO REFUND will be issued to No Show or Withdraw from events after the refund deadline
EQUIPMENT CHECK
=================
Equipment check is open each day at 6:30 am to the end of day. We ask you to stay in the line only if your event time is within the next 90 minutes, or if there is no one in the line.
