Join us for the first Titan Open (épée-only tournament)!
The Titan Open will be held at the True North Classical Academy @ Sunset campus, in the Titan gymnasium.
Épée events at the Titan Open include:
- Youth 8 (Mixed) @ 10AM
- Youth 12 (Mixed) @ 10AM
- Youth 10 (Mixed) @ Noon (UPDATED TIME)
- 16 and Under (Mixed, Y14+Cadet) @ Noon
- Senior (Mixed) @ 2PM
- Veteran (Mixed, Combined) @ 2PM**
*Medals will be awarded to fencers who finish 1st, 2nd, and for 3rd.
**Individual events with less than 6 fencers may be combined with another age category. For example, if Y10 has 5 fencers, and Y12 has 5, this may result in a Y10/Y12 ‘combined’ event.

Plenty of FREE parking. Gymnasium is immediately on right-side as you enter campus. Please follow signage and parking lot ushers.

This is an AAU sanctioned tournament. All fencers must be AAU members. Click here (

What else should I know for this event?
Fencing, like many martial arts, is built on the principle of Respect. All in attendance are expected to treat organizers, referees, facilities, and participants with respect.
Organizers will follow rules of conduct in alignment with AAU and Fencing League of America policies. Any anti-sporting behavior, and offenses against sportsmanship, will be awarded Warning and Black cards, respectively. This applies to all in attendance – participants, coaches, and spectators alike.
AAU-Fencing League of America Youth and Adult ratings will be awarded at this tournament.
Food and Drink:
There will be a food truck in attendance, with plenty of outdoor covered picnic table-style seating.
Additionally, a concessions table will offer snacks and drinks for purchase.
