We are delighted to welcome all participants and parents to Bautista Memorial. The tournament will be an exciting event and a great time for all involved - from referees to competitors, from spectators to coaches. We look forward to seeing you there!
2024 Ray Bautista Memorial Open is sanctioned by Columbus Division of USA Fencing.
Please note that ALL EVENTS ARE CAPPED AT 35 PARTICIPANTS!!! Any pre-registrations received after the first 35 spots are filled will be placed on a WAITING LIST. Confirmation of participation to fencers on the waiting list will be sent via email on May 10, 2024.
CLOSE OF REGISTRATION TIMES:
Mixed OPEN Foil - 12:30 PM
Mixed OPEN Epee - 2:30 PM
Mixed OPEN Saber - 9:00 AM
Women's Saber - TBD
Women’s Foil - TBD
The doors will open at 8:00 AM. We expect for all events to start within 30 min from close of registration times.
REGULAR Registration: $55 per event (through Monday, May 6)
LATE Registration: $75 per event (May 9 through Friday, May 10)
WALK IN Registration: $100 per event
NO PREPAYMENT REQUIRED. Payments by CASH or CHECK are collected at check in desk. Fees based on preregistration date on askFRED.net.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
One round of pools, with 100% promotion to the Direct Elimination rounds. No fence-off for third place. Medals will be awarded to the top four finishers. We kindly request all participants to have their club's warm-ups or white uniforms for the medal ceremony.

USA Fencing MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT:
